Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used hair oil products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your package ships. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, restocks), processing may extend slightly as we ensure every order is perfect.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed or has not moved in several days, we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will assist in locating your order or filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, please notify us immediately. We will try to update it before shipment, but once an order is shipped, we cannot make adjustments. Any reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
